IntelTelecom is a Russian developer of automation systems for call centers and taxi services. The company's product line is known on the market under the Infinity brand.
History
The company was founded in 2005 inOf Russia. In the same year, the first version of the software product for automating call processing — the Infinity call center-was released.
In 2007, an industry — specific solution for taxi dispatching services-Infinity TAXI-was created.
In 2009, two of the ten largest (fourth and seventh) call center creation projects in Russia were implemented on the basis of Infinity (CNews Analytics data).
In September 2010, as a result of a technology partnership with Arrasoft, a provider of customer relationship management solutions, an integration module for the Infinity call center and Arrasoft CRM products was released.
In November 2010, as a result of a technological partnership with the 1C-Rarus EC, a joint venture between 1C and Rarus, an integration module for the Infinity call center and 1C:CRM products was released.
In May, 2011 as a result of technological partnership with 1C:Accounting and Trade "(BIT) integration module released for the products call center Infinity and " BIT:CRM 8».
In 2011, the project to create a geographically distributed call center based on Infinity for FASP was named one of the largest in Russia(data from CNews Analytics).
In 2012, as a result of a technological partnership with FLASH connect, the 1C:FLASH-Infinity integration module was released for the Infinity and 1C call center products. A new platform for Infinity — X products has been released. The Infinity X and Infinity TAXI X Call Center solution is presented.
In 2014, integration with the product automating collection activities — Luxbase "Contact"was implemented. Integration with the FileControl system was completed. Now in the Infinity statistics you can see information on the activity of operators using Skype, ICQ, Agent Mail.Ru In December, a Web chat (Online consultant on the site) Infinity was created.
In 2015, integration with the product for video calls and collaboration with the Aurus RichCall website was implemented. Work with e-mail in Infinity has been expanded. The IMR (Interactive Mail Response) mechanism is implemented, interfaces for working with incoming emails are created, and the Infinity Smart SaaS solution is presented.
