AGD-1A

 AGD-1A (avtootris gruzovaya dizelnaya) is a Russian automobile route produced byJSC " Muromteplovoz "(AGD-1M was produced byJSC "Sverdlovsk Remputmash Plant") and designed for mechanization of works on construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of railway tracks using a set of mounted working bodies.

History

The AGD-1A highway was designed by the PTKB CP MPS (Design and Technological Design Bureau for track and track vehicles). For its production in December 1990, took JSC "Sverdlovsk PRMZ "Remputmash"", which previously produced only small machine-building products and had no experience in the production of track equipment. The first car was released and tested in less than a year, but despite this, the documentation for the release of the car was handed over to the engineering company by the press.JSC"Muromteplovoz", which in 1992 released the first AGD-1A, transferring it for testing in the Murom distance of the way. Then the design engineers of Sverdlovsk PRMZ developed and put into production the upgraded AGD-1M model.

In 2006, the AGD-1M automobile track was demonstrated at the 12th International Specialized Exhibition-Fair "Track Machines-2006", held in Moscow.Kaluga. At that time, 44 such machines were sold, operated not only in Russia, but also in neighboring countries. Later, the production of the AGD-1M was replaced by the more advanced ASG-30. In turn, AGD-1A as of 2017 still remains in the product catalog of JSC Muromteplovoz.

Description

The vehicle track is a self-propelled two-axle carriage equipped with a rotary boom manipulator with various attachments and is designed for:

delivery of fitters on the way to the place of work;

performing loading and unloading operations;

mechanization of work on clearing weeds from the railway track;

transportation of elements of the upper structure of the track and bulk materials;

power supply to external consumers in the field;

production of welding works.

Modifications

AGD-1M-mis a modernized model of a car track produced by the Sverdlovsk track repair and mechanical plant Remputmash. Main differences from AGD-1A:

Electromechanical transmission with wheelsets driven by two traction motors (instead of a mechanical one).

U-45 diesel generator set with thyristor converter (instead of YAMZ-238 sGearbox and clutch).

The railcar was manufactured in two modifications — for track facilities (since 1993) and services of the signaling and communication (1995), differing in turn more powerful diesel generator Cummins 148 kW (110 kW vs the railcars for the services of the path) and a hydraulic crane with a load moment TM 8 (from railcars for services 7 TM).

Cargo trailer UP-4

This term has other meanings, seeUP.

It is designed to work in conjunction with AGD-1A and AGS-1 trucks for the transportation of various goods with the current maintenance of the railway track[9]. It is attached to the vehicle from the side of the manipulator and is connected to it by the braking system, hydraulic line and electrical equipment chain. The trailer has a body that tilts over on both sides and is serviced by a car service team.
